No. Just visit the agent during opening hours and hand over the envelope. No appointment needed.
Do I need to fill anything out?
Nothing. The label is already on the envelope with the correct address and pre-paid postage — just drop it off at any PostNord service point.
What if I've lost the envelope?
Contact us and we'll help, or order a new gold envelope directly — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
When do I get paid?
We value your items within 1-2 business days of the envelope arriving at us. Once you accept the offer, we pay out via Swish or bank transfer — your choice.
