How to cancel

If you regret your sale, for whatever reason, follow these simple steps:

Contact us

Email or call our customer service within 14 days of accepting our valuation.

Get instructions

We will give you clear instructions on how the items should be sent back safely (insured REK mail).

Refund

If we have already paid you the money, you return the amount, and we will then return your items.

Important to know

For the right of withdrawal to fully apply, there are some conditions that are good to know.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you actively accept our valuation of your items. If you change your mind after this, you have two weeks to notify us.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, we cover the return shipping. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and clear instructions to ensure your items are returned safely and insured to us.

For you to fully exercise the right of withdrawal, the items must be returned in an unaltered condition. If the items have been damaged or otherwise decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary, we reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation.

Important: After the withdrawal period has expired, or if you have explicitly waived the right of withdrawal to receive a faster payout, the gold may be melted down and can no longer be returned.

Yes. You hand in the Registered Mail at your postal agent and receive a receipt which is your proof of insurance. The shipment must be signed for by us and can be tracked via PostNord.
No, we send everything back without charge and always insured if you change your mind.
All Registered Mail shipments are traceable and insured via PostNord. If the letter were to get lost, you are compensated according to PostNord's terms (up to 10,000 SEK as standard, contact us for higher values).
Every shipment is handled under strict camera surveillance in our premises. From the moment the letter is opened until the valuation is complete, the entire process is documented for your security.
