Camera-monitored opening
All gold envelopes are opened under strict camera surveillance to ensure nothing is lost and the process is fully transparent.
Certified equipment
We use scales crowned and approved by Swedac, as well as advanced X-ray equipment to accurately determine the purity of the precious metal.
Police and SPAR registers
We are registered with the Police and retrieve information via SPAR to prevent fraud and ensure a safe transaction.
How we guarantee your security
Sending valuables by mail is a secure and proven method. We exclusively use PostNord's safest service, Registered Mail (REK), where the shipment is registered and handled personally.
1. Submission & Receipt
The insurance is activated the second you hand in your Registered Mail at the postal agent and receive your receipt.
2. Transport
Transport is via PostNord REK Extra, ensuring traceability and the highest security class.
3. Reception & Opening
When the letter reaches us, it is opened and verified carefully to ensure everything is correct.
Camera monitoring & Process
For your safety, we have strict procedures for opening and valuation. Every shipment is handled separately and documented carefully throughout the process, from arrival to payout.
Your shipment is also automatically insured. Should anything unexpected happen along the way, you will be reimbursed for the value according to applicable terms.
